The hotel offers spacious family rooms, a beautiful terrace, and a fold-out bed for our toddler, making our stay comfortable. The bilingual and helpful staff, along with spotlessly clean rooms and a great breakfast, enhanced our experience. The location in a quiet neighborhood near the tram was convenient for exploring the city. However, the dining options were a bit basic, and additional amenities come at an extra cost.

Everything was very clean, ensuring a comfortable experience. The service provided by the staff was particularly fantastic, they were friendly, helpful, and very accepting of my limited German. The location was great, close to Old Bern by tram and in a quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for my work trip. The dining experience was good, with an option to have boiled eggs and the croissant at Alpenblick was a standout. Overall, a wonderful stay!
